Scope of services

Tutelr Infosec Pvt Ltd provides cybersecurity, cyber-risk assessment, cyber-insurance readiness, consulting, ransomware mitigation, incident response and digital forensics services.
Insurance-related activities requiring regulatory authorisation are undertaken by appropriately authorised insurers and/or regulated insurance partners.
Assessment outputs, including TCI Score™, are indicative technical assessments and not underwriting decisions.

User responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete and current information. Inaccurate disclosures may affect underwriting decisions and claim outcomes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee insurance eligibility, availability, premium levels, coverage terms or claim settlement.
Coverage, exclusions, deductibles and pricing are determined solely by the relevant insurer under its policy wording.
Cybersecurity services reduce but cannot eliminate risk of cyber incidents.

Intellectual property

All platform content, methodology, scoring logic and branding are owned by Tutelr Infosec Pvt Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute platform content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutelr Infosec Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the company's registered office location.

TheCyberInsurance.com is a cybersecurity and cyber-risk initiative of Tutelr Infosec Pvt Ltd. Tutelr provides cybersecurity, cyber-risk assessment, cyber-insurance readiness, consulting, ransomware mitigation, incident response, digital forensics and associated technical services.

Tutelr Infosec Pvt Ltd is not represented on this platform as an insurer or insurance intermediary. Insurance-related activities requiring regulatory authorisation, including solicitation, distribution, placement, policy issuance or policy servicing, are undertaken by appropriately authorised insurers and/or regulated insurance partners, as applicable.

Insurance products, premiums, coverage limits, deductibles, exclusions, eligibility and underwriting decisions are determined by the relevant insurer and are subject to applicable policy wording, terms and conditions.

TCI Score™, Cyber Health Check results, ransomware-readiness assessments and other cybersecurity assessments are technical and indicative assessments. They do not constitute an insurance underwriting decision or a guarantee of insurance eligibility, premium reduction, coverage or claim settlement.

Where the customer has provided appropriate consent, relevant information submitted through the platform may be shared with selected regulated insurance partners and/or insurers for quotation, underwriting or related insurance-assistance purposes.
